The Minnesota NOW (National Organization for Women) annual state conference is Saturday, April 19th. The conference to be held at the AmericInn in Fergus Falls will feature Melissa Hermes of the Otter Tail County Historical Society and Joan Jarvis Ellison a freelance writer who works in the Pelican Rapids immigrant community.
