Capitol Report Reprints
Digital reprints (PDFs) are available by calling (612) 584-1564. Tell us the title of the article and date it appeared in the paper. All of our PDF reprints are high resolution and can be used for hard copies, emailing, or posting on your website.
There are two options for article reprints:
Formatted PDF Reprint:
- Customized layout of the article
- Size options: 8 ½ x 11″, 11 x 17″ (tabloid size-same as newspaper), or 18 x 24″
- Available in 3-5 business days
Unformatted PDF Reprint
- Layout and size will be exactly as seen in the paper (including other stories and ads)
- Available in 3-5 business days

**If you would prefer to simply reference an article on your website, you may do so without violating copyright laws if you follow these guidelines:
Do not reprint the entire article. We ask that you post only an excerpt from the article (up to 1/3 of the total text as a general rule) and provide a direct link to the full story on our website. In addition, please be sure to credit the author and name of our publication on your website.
