Gov. Tim Pawlenty will be the keynote speaker at next month's Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner in Manchester, New Hampshire. The two-term Republican governor announced the booking on his Facebook page this morning.
In my earlier post, I wrote that I thought Gov. Tim Pawlenty's speech was one of the best state-of-the-states he's given, in terms of both content, which included specific action items and a broader sense of Pawlenty’s brand of ideology, and in terms of delivery, which was smooth, forceful, confident and polished.

As we noted last week, all that barnstorming that Gov. Tim Pawlenty has been doing in the past few months has paid off handsomely in bottom-line terms. Pawlenty's Freedom First PAC raised almost $1.3 million in its first three months of existence, a sum that compares very favorably to the fundraising totals of his better-known Republican rivals, Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin, during the same period. It turns out Pawlenty relied on the folks back home for most of that cash.
