Which state communications director has four different versions of “What a Wonderful World” on his iPhone? Which one caught a 25-pound muskie the first time he went fishing? PIM and the Capitol Report just completed a series of profiles of the communications directors for the Minnesota House and Senate Republican and DFL caucuses.
