LGA, unallotment and property taxes 

The League of Minnesota Cities and other government lobbying groups have summoned mayors and other local elected officials to the Capitol today to protest Gov. Tim Pawlenty's highly likely forthcoming unallotment of more local government aid (LGA). Recall that in December 2008 Pawlenty unalloted $110 million in LGA.
