Pawlenty plots course for unallotment

Gov. Tim Pawlenty this afternoon didn’t provide many specifics on his intended task to unallot the 2010-2011 budget to solve a $4.6 billion shortfall.

But he reaffirmed there will be no redux of the legislative session that adjourned at midnight Monday.
