Saturday updates: Bills not done, no new deadline for finishing them

Not done: The GOP-controlled Minnesota Legislature did not meet the Friday 10 p.m. target for completing the drafting of its omnibus spending bills. Negotiators are still working on HHS, K-12 and state government, and there continue to be disagreements over policy provisions and spending reforms in those areas.
