State GOP re-files complaint over gov’s race poll

The Republican Party of Minnesota has filed a complaint with the state's Office of Administrative Hearings alleging that a polling firm made an illegal contribution to Tom Horner's gubernatorial campaign. The state GOP estimates the value of the in-kind political gift to be in excess of $26,000.
