"I love it when a plan comes together." Rep. Thomas Huntley utilized the slogan from "The A-Team" to encapsulate his thoughts on the passage of the federal health care bill. The Duluth Democrat was ebullient about the landmark legislation, which is expected to eventually provide insurance coverage to 32 million additional individuals.
