Caucus night: Seifert wins; Kelliher, Rybak too close to call

GOP candidate Marty Seifert won Tuesday's GOP precinct caucus straw poll. As the clock struck 1 a.m., DFLer R.T. Rybak held a slight lead over Margaret Anderson Kelliher with 77 percent of precincts reporting.
